How can I delete my account permanently?

You can cancel your active subscription any time (see our tutorial here), but to delete your account permanently, you will need to contact us, as we deal with deletion on a case-by-case basis. We strongly encourage you to keep your account with us, as it costs you nothing and stores all of your listening history should you ever wish to resubscribe.
