Which devices are supported?

Supporting older devices can be challenging for a company of our size. While almost all devices can access books, download them, and play them without issues, older devices run our app very slowly and often crash when executing search and browse functions.

As much as we’d love to make REF-UL fully available on every device, it simply isn’t feasible at this time. If you’re using an older phone and find your experience subpar, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll be happy to offer a refund.

We also provide a trial subscription so you can explore REF-UL and decide if it’s the right fit for you.
