My audiobook won’t play / keeps buffering!

This can be a frustrating issue, and unfortunately there’s no easy fix in REF-UL itself. If a chapter continues to buffer or won’t play, check your connection to wifi or mobile data service, as that is the most likely reason for audio not to play.

While connectivity issues can be frustrating, our download feature (see our article for downloading books) can be utilized if you foresee poor wifi or cell service connectivity in your near future. Just make sure you’ve logged into the app before going offline, and you’ll be able to listen to downloaded content regardless of connection!
